The fixtures are now on the website. Those highlighted in yellow have been changed from those proposed at the start of the league to accommodate requests from teams. This week we had a lot of requests for early kick offs.
Can I please remind teams that any requests for a fixture change have to be in at least a week in advance. I had to change the fixtures twice yesterday to accommodate teams with late requests.
Also, we have had complaints from venues about running over time.
CAN TEAMS PLEASE STICK TO THE ALLOCATED FIXTURE TIMES.
Venues have other customers using some facilities directly after we are finished. In an ideal world we would have longer for each match, however, this would limit the teams involved and mean an increase in fees.
Whilst on the subject of fees. Can I please remind teams that fees are to be paid in full prior to the 1st of January. Any fees not paid prior to that date will incur a £50 late penalty charge.
I will be sending out an email to teams about potentially moving up and down a league during the festive break. Our leagues have been set up to provide a challenging and fun environment for EVERY team. We will do all we can to accommodate and requests.
